How Philia works and what it stands for

Philia is a member-based non-profit that provides a structure for people to build and support initiatives together.

Members contribute in different ways — by leading projects, facilitating communities, volunteering their expertise, or supporting the work financially.

Rather than separating organizers and participants, Philia distributes responsibility across its network. This allows initiatives to emerge, grow, and sustain through the people who are part of them.
