We joined of a curated dialogue bringing together leaders from politics, business and civil society. The exchange focused on strengthening East–West perspectives through balanced participation and open dialogue across different backgrounds.

The Ostfrauen*Salon creates space for women to share and reflect on experiences of life in East Germany. In Wandlitz, participants came together to exchange perspectives across generations and connect personal histories with present-day realities. By bringing these voices into a local setting, the format strengthens dialogue and makes lived experience visible within broader societal conversations.

The Werkstatt der Mutigen brought together local actors and political candidates to engage in dialogue beyond campaign formats. In the context of the federal election, participants exchanged perspectives and ideas from the region. By creating space for conversation at eye level, the format connects local realities with political decision-making and supports collaboration beyond election cycles.
